Salone del Gusto (the Slow Food convention in Torino): SENSORY OVERLOAD!! The diversity and bounty of the regional food products, combined with the passions of the individual producers (and attendees) was simply intoxicating. Living in Umbria for almost ten years now, we have been so fortunate to experience the vast variety of culinary wonders of many of Italy's regions firsthand.
